Welcome

This is an experiment in communication for me. I am not sure how this is going to work out but it is worth a try on my part. For those who don't know me, I am just what my name says a "nam vet". I was in Vietnam for most of 1970 and part of 1971. Since then I spent another 33 years in Federal service and have retired. My life experiences are many and varied. Before retiring there were those among my co-workers who referred to me as the "Cesspool of knowledge" thus the name for this blog.
My blog will tend to focus on veterans' issues but may hit on other topics as the times dictate.
